Details of the Arrest

On Wednesday, November 12, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit, the Gang Task Force, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Rosario on 38th Street in Union City. He now faces multiple charges, including Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, and Certain Persons Not to Possess a Firearm.

Rosario is being held at the Hudson County Correctional Facility as he waits for his first court appearance.
