The building houses 598 residential units. They range from efficient studios to roomy three-bedrooms, with an average size of 719 square feet.

This mix aims to attract everyone from young professionals to families who want Manhattan access without losing modern comforts. As the tallest in the three-tower Journal Squared complex, Journal Squared III offers more than just a place to crash.

It’s really about lifestyle—convenience, community, and leisure all rolled into one.

Unmatched Amenities for Residents

The three buildings together feature over 100,000 square feet of shared amenities. It’s honestly on par with some of the best Jersey City hotels.

Inside Journal Squared III, residents get access to:

  • Modern fitness centers and a boxing ring
  • A recording studio and theater for content creation or just unwinding
  • Pools and sky lounges that serve up killer Manhattan views

The amenities show that the developers want to create a self-contained community. Residents have pretty much everything they need right at home.

A Decade in the Making

Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group, called this project the result of more than 10 years of planning and work. He’s always wanted to breathe new life into Journal Square, a neighborhood that used to be Jersey City’s economic and cultural core.

Sitting right above the Journal Square PATH station, the tower offers residents quick, direct access to New York City. It’s practical and, yeah, a bit luxurious.

Revitalizing Journal Square’s City Districts

Journal Squared III isn’t just another building. It really represents a bigger push to make Journal Square a desirable, dynamic part of Jersey City again.

The development brings in hundreds of new residents and top-notch amenities. That supports local businesses, boosts foot traffic, and helps create a more vibrant streetscape for the whole area.

Impact on Jersey City’s Growth

The rise of Journal Squared III fits into a bigger trend. Jersey City’s quickly becoming one of the most attractive places to live in the New York metro area.

Projects like this draw attention from renters and investors. They’re shaping the city’s future—housing, jobs, even the cultural vibe.

If you’re looking for things to do in Jersey City, Journal Square now offers plenty: dining, theater, art, and easy transit to Manhattan. Thinking about moving? Options for where to stay in Jersey City range from high-end apartments like Journal Squared to cozy brownstones and boutique spots.
