Located in the Grove Street District and originally donated by Cornelius Van Vorst in 1848, the park was landscaped by local seed man and horticulturalist Peter Henderson in 1851. It has two playgrounds, community gardens, and lots of greenery. Here you will find a seasonal farmers market, summer time flea markets, and both summertime film series and Shakespearean performances.
