Two long-time friends had a passion for food and loved falafel and other Mediterranean eats, and outside of the city there were few choices so Athos and Scot became Two Pitas and they built a Pod. One Pita (Chef Scot) had been in the food business for a decade, the other Pita (Athos) had experience in marketing and photography – and so a partnership was born. For a couple of years they talked about opening up a food joint, and that idea evolved into this bright green Mediterranean-themed food truck coming to a street corner near you. It’s mission? Taking over the world, one pita at a time – by sourcing the best ingredients and preparing them fresh for you.
