Chef and owner Kevin Pemoulie worked his way up the New York culinary scene via the French Culinary Institute, a stint as sous chef at Craftbar and five years as the chef de cuisine at Momofuku Noodle Bar. Now, Kevin and his wife Alex have set up a fabulous restaurant on Jersey Avenue with a menu showcasing fresh local New Jersey ingredients.
