Encompassing more than 30,000 square feet, Carlo's Bakery's newly finished Cake Factory boasts state of the art equipment and the opportunity to bring their famous sweets to fans worldwide.
In October 2011, Carlo's Bakery launched "The Kitchen," a state of the art cooking and baking facility located within the heart of the Cake Factory. Students of "The Kitchen" are invited to the Cake Factory for a behind the scenes look at the inner workings of Carlo's Bakery, followed by a course led by the Carlo's team.
There is a maximum of 28 participants per course. Participants must be 10 years of age and older.
