Executive Chef, Bryan Gregg has an extensive knowledge of farm to fork cooking as well as a
personal relationship with local growers, Farmers and fisherman. His belief is to keep things simple and to let the quality of the food ingredients speak for themselves. Chef Gregg follows the Practice of using sustainable ingredients and only using ingredients that are at the height of their season. His ability to fuse old world rustic Italian and Sicilian flavors along with untraditional cooking techniques enables him to bring a certain quality to the dishes here at Michael Anthony’s.
