Nothing says romantic like flowers, and the Carlo’s team has been busy making flowers for every occasion since their doors opened in 1910. The roses we use on cakes today are primarily made of gum paste, and require practice and artistic flair to look realistic. Come join us for an on site for demonstration, and the chance to make your very own edible bouquet! All guests will receive a complimentary Carlo’s Bakery apron.
