Join the Carlo’s team of decorators in making a unique, winter themed fondant layer cake. Guests will see behind the scenes at the bakery and learn some of the Carlo’s tricks of the trade: from the rolling of fondant to creating the perfect trimmings. Experienced Carlo’s staff members will be available for assistance with each step to decorate the cake, and there will be a question and answer session concluding the demonstration. All guests will receive a complimentary apron for use during the lesson.
